Greetings Hello, thank you for visiting this site. A few years ago, I started to really notice customer service practices that annoyed me. As you can imagine, there were many of them. But instead of simply being irritated, I started keeping a list of those practices, along with notes on what I would do differently. When that list grew to several pages, I consulted trainer and consultant Don Michalak, and with his help, developed a customer service training program. Since that time, I have expanded and enlarged that program, have developed keynote speeches and talks, and have traveled extensively. But I have found, and still believe, that the keys to my success have been those (like Don) who believed in and helped me, and those for whom I have provided service. To all of you, thanks.
